What is Kiyo Rewards?

Kiyo Rewards is a loyalty program that treats you with rewards you deserve! Membership is free and you'll earn points for activities on our online site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save. You can redeem your earned points online for exclusive rewards: it's as easy as that!
How do I join?

To join Kiyo Rewards, all you need to do is create an account here and you'll be automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points on every purchase, referrals and birthdays. To see all the ways you can earn points, see the Earn Points tab.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called Redeem Points and you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
How do I refer a friend?
  1. Login in to KIYO REWARDS and get your unique referral code or link and share with your friends
  2. Your friend will get £10 off their first order when they spend £40 or more using the unique referral link or code. 
  3. Earn £10 credit for every successful referral.

Please note:

  • It must be your friends first order with Kiyo Beauty
  • Your friend must use the unique code or unique referral link when placing their order
  • The order must come to £40 or more 
Why are my points pending?

There is a 14-day approval period for loyalty points. This period is in place to account for any potential returns.

Here's how it works: When you make a purchase, the points associated with that transaction will be pending for 14 days. If you don't return the item within this period, the points will be approved and added to your loyalty account balance. If a return is made, the points will be adjusted accordingly.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

If you have referred a friend and do not see any points, please ensure your friend used your unique code or link to make their purchase. The minimum purchase amount for eligibility is £40.

If you think you haven't received the correct points for any other activity or purchase please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Your redeemable points balance will expire if you haven't made a purchase in the last 12 months. This ensures that all of our members are still active in the Kiyo Rewards program.
Can I earn and redeem points in stores?

No. The Kiyo Rewards program is currently only for online purchases and you will not be able to earn or redeem points in stores.
