HOW TO USE:

APPLY HAIR RX TO SCALP, ADD YOUR FAVORITE DEEP CONDITIONER. LEAVE IN FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR AND FOR A MORE INTENSE TREATEMENT ADD HEAD BONNET FOR 30 MIN.
PRE -WASH DETANGLER:
SEPARATE HAIR INTO 4 SECTIONS. ADD HAIR RX TO YOUR FAVORITE CONDITIONER THEN DETANGLE AND LET YOUR HAIR SIT 5 MINUTES BEFORE WASHING.
LEAVE-IN
MASSAGE IN SCALP 3 TIMES PER WEEK PRIOR TO BEDTIME.
HOT OIL TREATMENT
GENEROUSLY APPLY OIL WEEKLY FROM ROOT TO ENDS, THEN COVER WITH SHOWER CAP AND USE HOODED DRYER FOR 30 MINUTES OR LEAVE IN UP TO 2 HOURS PRIOR TO WASHING HAIR.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
