Product information
Pure, creamy and rich in moisturising shea butter, this beautifully textured salve protects baby's sensitive skin from dampness and chafing. It contains an incredibly pure, bio-active chamomile extract to help calm and soothe away any minor soreness.
Soothing salve is a multi-purpose wonder that you can use not only as a nappy cream, but also for massage, to moisturise dry skin areas, to help cradle cap and even as a lip balm, or soothing balm after leg-shaving / waxing (for mums of course!).

- Can be used from birth onwards, although we follow midwife recommendations that until 3 months, babies usually require no skin care.

- Please note that we no longer include the cover insert (shive) with this product to reduce plastic.
Directions
Gently apply wherever needed. Can be used on areas affected by nappy rash & cradle cap.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
