How do I sign up?

Do I have to sign up if I am already subscribed to the newsletter?
No. All newsletter subscribers who sign up by 24/12/24 will receive an exclusive discount. Feel free to sign up again, as it helps us plan for demand and make sure we’re well-stocked.
When will I get my exclusive discount code?
We'll send the discount code in an email at 6:00pm (GMT) on 24th December so keep an eye on your inbox!
Please allow up to 1 hour for delivery and check your spam/junk folders if needed.
Can I use other discount codes with the holiday sale discount?
No. Discounts can’t be combined with other promotional codes including loyalty points and vouchers.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code?
Yes, you can definitely use both a gift card and a coupon code on the same order. Gift cards are treated as an additional payment method, just like credit or debit cards. However, please note that purchasing a gift card is excluded from sales or promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.
When you're ready to check out, simply enter your gift card code first and click "apply," then enter your coupon code and click "apply" again.
Can I use the discount in-store?
Unfortunately, no—our Black Friday deals are exclusively online only.
What if a product sells out?
Due to limited stock, we recommend shopping as soon as the sale starts. If something sells out, you can join our restock alerts for updates but the holiday discount code will no longer be available.
Will my loyalty points apply to my Holiday sale purchases?
Yes! You’ll still earn loyalty points on all purchases. However, points can’t be redeemed during the sale.
